Refund and Exchange Policy

As our product (Yojo Supplements) is a type of food, due to health management and safety reasons, all products can not be refund, exchange or return, no matter the package is opened or sealed. We recommend new users to purchase a smaller number of order for their initial attempt.

Our aim is to provide safe and high quality for all customers, thank you very much for your corporation.

We try to ensure that all product send to you is in perfect condition. But by any chance if you happened to receive a faulty or a wrong product, please contact us within 10 days after you received the product. We will promptly exchange another product for you. (We will pay for the return shipping fee.) Please note: Failing to contact us within 10 days period, we will not be able to do an exchange.

In case of absences at the time of delivery, the package will be stored at your local post office. The package will only be kept for a number of days before it is ship back to us if it passes it’s storing period. If the package is return to us due to the above reason, we will be able to refund. And further shipping fee is required by the customers if a re-shipping is requested. Please make sure to collect the item asap if it is being kept at your local post office.
